We had a transaction in which the counterparty made things exceptionally difficult. I was shocked at the amount of work and additional effort that our agent from NTT had to put into the deal. And all of this without charging additional feels on our closing. Could not be happier. Will be referring NTT to anyone I know looking to close on transaction.
