This company is completely dishonest. I went in to speak to their staff about a home I spent $80k on and when I told them to cancel they kept all my money putting the title into only the name of my ex husband who I had been married to for two weeks to retain the sale. They set up a signing that I was never informed of and I am now in court during them and my ex husband when this could have all been avoided had they canceled the sale like I asked in writing. Never do business with these people.
BEWARE! This place is a joke! Go to any other Title Company in the world before you go here! They take your money, run with it, and then never fulfill there end of the bargain leaving you with costly issues popping up long after your purchase or sale. Nikki Bott refused to even give me the name of the person I signed, pull my file, or even attempt to answer my questions I needed answers to in order to close out the sale myself. I tried to price shop before choosing a title company, but that proved to be difficult. This one seemed cheapest, but in the end I felt they had a lot of hidden fees. For instance, they required me to wire the funds for our property purchase, which cost me $30 at my bank, and then they charged me $25 to receive the wired funds. I sent an email asking why I couldn't just give them a certified check (free for me), but no one replied.
