Dont make the mistake I did and become a regular. They said my head gasket was blown and water was pouring into the engine and refused to change the oil. After taking it two other mechanics they found no signs of that and after driving it a week 30 miles a day 5 days a week its running great. I also managed to get my oil changed somewhere else cheaper so yea.
They quoted me $1,000 dollars for a $160 dollar fix. Scam artist at their finest. DONT TAKE YOUR CAR TO NTB!

RecommendedI've been coming to the SPRINGFIELD, OH NTB for a while now all the way from the Beavercreek, which about an extra 30 minutes, but it's 100% worth the drive!!. Staff is always very welcoming and helpful with answering any questions I may have about my car! Today I came in for an oil change and I was in and out of the shop in a quick amount of time! Auto garages are tough places to deal with, this place is very nice and comfortable. I needed to get a lot of work done. They took the time to show me everything and I felt informed by the time I said yes to the sale.
I am going to say that this is the best garage in the city. They do quality service. I took my car in for an oil change and they did a great job. I will be going back.
My Porsche is my prized possession, I only let people I know work on it. This location treats it with the care that it deserves and that I demand. They put four Michelins on it and I got a $50 mail in rebate for using the NTB Card. I paid nothing and people all around my neighborhood have commented on how nice my Porsche looks with Michelin tires on it. 5 Stars.
This is a great shop with professional service. I really enjoy the work they do. The team is honest and do great work.
I had 4 new tires put on, they balanced them wrong. Had to go back the next day for them to fix. Staff was very rude and not sorry for their mistake.
We made appointment on line for 530 when we got there they said appointment time never went thru. BUT they worked us in and got new tires and front brakes. Very nice place nice people Jason and the manager appreciate ur kindness. I went to cpl other place for tires and all they want to is cuss. THANKS AGAIN.
