They were very accommodating by allowing me to place an Order with partial payment and a delivery date to be defined. Communication was good. They contacted me a few days later to ask if I was ready to set a delivery date and pay for the rest of the Order. The product arrived when I was on site. Very good experience.
Staff could not have been more helpful. They helped me choose the right tiles as well as design choices and what products to use for laying the tiles. This was the second time I've chosen National Tiles for my renovation because their products and advice are fantastic.
