James was so knowledgeable and helpful on my first tile browsing visit before a bathroom reno job. I was somewhat a deer in headlights, but he steered me towards ideas I hadn’t thought of and explained in detail the different types of tiles and sizing. Will be great when the Coffs store gets a bigger showroom space, as the only issue was the limited selection for my measly budget allowance, but if you are looking for quality and amazing guidance, they have what you are after!
We are redoing our bathroom, and I was really struggling to know what to choose, how to choose and had 50 million stupid questions to ask as I know nothing about tiling. Every single person I spoke with was so friendly, gave such excellent advice and explained different options, explained what rectified V pressed edge V cushion edged etc. They emailed me links to a few they thought might suit what I was asking for etc..
