Will revise this review based on outcome: I purchased five tests and received one bottle -- it took almost four weeks for test result, which for me was fine. Paid over $300. Once they realized the mistake with the number of tests ordered, they got the rest of the sample bottles on their way.

In my experience, they have not handled getting busy well. I know their website says they're delayed, but even with adding a generous amount of additional time to my wait, I'm finding I still have to call in to track down results. At least email out status emails for those that are weeks late.
What a terrible experience. Ordered my water test kit on March 28, 2023 and still have not gotten all the results. Paid close to $300 for the kit and then another $50 UPS overnight charge! The original package did not contain all the specimen vials so I sent in what was given to me. After two weeks with no results I called in to see what the status was. They told me what I sent them was incomplete. Apparently someone on their end didn't include one of the water tests. Did they bother to tell me this or contact me? Nope! They... read more
