Spencer was incredibly knowledgeable about water systems and all the systems in our house that were linked to it. Spencer Gottschalk is very friendly and returned several calls I made to ask further questions. Fist time I had this company out and I was impressed. We have made a second appt. to have some other work done by them.
We have used Advanced Water Treatment since moving to Hamburg Township 5 years ago (Water softener from previous owner was from Advanced) and have always had good service with their technicians. Jay came out today and was very patient with my questions and thorough with his answers. I appreciate the honesty in their business.
