Connor was awesome! He was efficient, polite, and took his time for casual talk. Advanced Water is very fortunate to have Connor as an employee!.
We just moved into a place that had a lot of water treatment systems, and so it should. The technician did a great job of explaining everything and what was required to maintain this system. He spent as much time as we needed to understand everything and did not go out of his way to try and sell us anything. He was absolutely genuine and helpful. Couldn't be more pleased.
The technician, Connor, was very polite. He asked several questions, identified the problem with our water softener quickly, and repaired it in minutes.
We had a problem with our whole house iron filter, they came out and fixed it promptly. Would recommend Advanced for sure!
