Mike Stout saved me from accepting a f r a u d s t e r tenant who used fradulent documents. Everything checked out on her application until it did not. Mike checked her ID and SS and told us to check them again. We went to local police office and the officer confirmed the documrnts were f a k e and the person with such identity did not exist.
