My girlfriend had electrical work done on her house on January 9th, 2025. It is now January 28th, 2025 and she has not been in her house since the 9th, and it is all because Accutemp worked on my house ILLEGALLY without a permit, and are now trying to backtrack and pass the blame on the permit office. They have offered nothing to make this right, and we will most likely be opening up litigation against this company once this is settled. Truly so appreciative for this entire team. HVAC, electrical, plumbing; they have everything you need for your residential and commercial needs. I couldn’t recommend any one else.
Accutemp came out and said I need to replace a temperature sensor which is under warranty and I just needed to cover the labor. The technician took roughly 35 min to replace the sensor and I was charged $718 . Outrageous labor cost. After complaining to a manager about the cost his justification was that there 5 star service and highly qualified technicians (who misdiagnosed my problem) , as well as there trucks they use is the reason.
