I never write reviews, but this company has zero respect for its returning customers. We have been without air for 4 days, and we were supposed to be the first up on the list today, but dispatch doesn’t have an ETA on when their service people are coming. We lost ac Friday at 2 am, they were supposed to come Friday, but got a text at 6pm saying they were booked and would come Saturday. Did their job quick and effective. They even cleaned up after and explained what went wrong and how to fix it in the future.
My girlfriend had electrical work done on her house on January 9th, 2025. It is now January 28th, 2025 and she has not been in her house since the 9th, and it is all because Accutemp worked on my house ILLEGALLY without a permit, and are now trying to backtrack and pass the blame on the permit office. They have offered nothing to make this right, and we will most likely be opening up litigation against this company once this is settled.
