National Target is always solid. Ordered some targets recently for our Scout Camp in Iowa. We were busy and didn’t get the order in until a few days before camp. Requested that they rush the order given the time frame. We got our order less than two days later. They upgraded shipping automatically and at their expense to UPS 2 Day Air. Targets arrived well ahead of our first class and were great. Thank you National Target for caring enough to help our youth learn to shoot safely and proficiently.
Paid for item their site said was in stock. Over charged for shipping. One week later I emailed asking about the order. They said its in production. And their only offer for their incompetence was to cancel the order. Bad customer service. Bad business practices. Equals Bad business.
I had the same thing as dead pool. Said it was in stock. Waited a couple weeks for it to ship and nothing. Sent an email they siad there counts were off They said it was going into production and would ship out jan 26 nothing happened. Waited till February 7th sent an email and just canceled my order.
Super customer service. Fast call back. Fast shipping. Thank you again !!
NTC delivered targets in quick time and didn't charge my credit card until the targets were confirmed delivered. Lately when I order from all the big gun places they take my money, then tell me my stuff is delayed and I should wait 6 or more weeks for a backorder. NTC took my order and delivered quickly. I'm impressed with their business model and their efforts.
