I bank with SSFCU. My credit union goes through NSSI for the phone repair process. NSSI has a really poor process in place for claiming a phone repair. NSSI does not work with any type of company to provide a rough estimate for a phone repair, ever. Their technician told me NSSI does not recommend any location because they are in Oklahoma. I've had this policy since 2010! It's nice of them to let you stay on post graduation. The price is (and has always been) striking. All your stuff is covered for the price of coverage on one! I've made a few claims for some of the regular reasons and a few embarrassing ones. You just fill out a little bit of paperwork and you receive a check a couple weeks later. I’ve had this insurance policy since 2019. I’ve made two claims a Apple MacBook and IPhone 12. Both times Jasmine Garrett has been my claims adjuster and both times she handle my situation perfectly and quickly. If you have electronic devices such as computers tablets and cell phones insurance is affordable and well worth it.
