I am very pleased with Eduardo Roman and the help he was able to give me to gain educational forgiveness on my student loans. He was very personable and answered all of my questions. We kept losing communication while we were conducting business. He was very patient and made me feel comfortable in talking to him about ways that I can get my student loans paid in a very timely manner. I cannot thank him enough for all of his help. Kimberly S********* of National Student Loan Solutions, Inc. was a wonderful representative who had much knowledge of her job. I was apprehensive at the beginning of our conversation; however, by the end of the phone call, I felt that I was making the right choice! I am now a client of National Student Loan Solutions, Inc. and am proud to say that Kimberly S********* in my representative!

For the most part, my experience with NSLS has been positive. For a small monthly fee, they have not only helped me by taking care of all of the paperwork that I didn't want to deal with, but they got me a $0.00 monthly payment and also on the PSLF program. I am now a year in with the company and have been happy with that part of the service. Their downfall is email customer service. There is not a specific person who handles your file. I had the pleasure of working with a nice girl named Taylor. I saw the Facebook ad and decided to give it a shot. At first i was very skeptical and weary considering all the trouble i had gone through with my servicers Navient and Nelnet to reduce my monthly payment to some girl telling me she could help me. I have now been in the program for a year and couldn't be more at peace that this program really works!!!!! i am truly grateful!

I contacted NSLS back in 2015 to reduce my student loans. I paid an upfront fee and they told me that in 4 months the payments would be reduced to a new monthly payment. It is still over a year later and we have yet to hear from them, see any paperwork, etc and we are still being deducted from our debit card every month thier "fee". I have contacted them and still have yet to hear what their solution is. Do not go through these people!

A salesman from National Student Loans told me that their services would save me an extreme amount of money. I am a teacher, but because my loans are parent plus loans and under my father's name, I do not qualify for the government relief programs. The salesman knew I was in over $100,000 of debt from my degree, and had extreme interest rates, yet claimed that he could enroll me in the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program through the government.
