This company is a fraud, all they did was take my money to file a few papers and the last three years I have wasted being enrolled in the public service loan forgiveness program for nothing. This company told me I was qualified and my payments were counting and not a single one did!! Obviously they have no idea what they are doing.
I highly recommend them and I have sent many friends there way. Yuri and others are awesome. Thank you for helping my husband and myself.
My experience with this company was a huge disappointment. I'm not usually one to write reviews but this one is necessary. Their consolidation program sounded great, really too good to be true, and I was asked to sign paperwork, assured it was not a "contract" but simply an acknowledge of what they were offering. Christopher C was extremely helpful and kind today on the phone with him while discussing my loan forgiveness options.
I was scammed into thinking my student loan would be forgiven. They changed my email and physical address with my original loan holder. When I called to question the company, Matt T (Is that his real name?) assured me the company was for my own good. He argued with me saying that I would be better off if I stayed with them and he tried to explain. This company helped me with moving my student loans to a loan servicing company with student loan forgiveness but they wanted all the paperwork to go through them. This helped until it was time for me to start paying on my loans again. That is where the problem lies. They set up an online account under my name with my information that I was unable to access using the email they provided because it was one they only had access to. I spoke with a woman named Colleen *******, she was very helpfull, professional and communicated effectively to me about my options.
