Avoid at all costs! – Inconvenient location in proximity to campus, rude staff (they hung up on me multiple times), and their office hours are rediculous (They close at 5:30 and sometimes aren't even in the office during business hours). If you are a U of M student looking to store your stuff, please look elsewhere. And don't expect them to ever answer the phone if you have any questions!!! I will never do business with them again. With the new staff here, the facility is much improved. The place is so popular that it sells out the best units for students (small units) right away during finals week. The new manager is helpful, considerate and does everything possible get customers the best deals in town. I highly suggest you revisit this facility and see how great the management is now! ... Without doubt the most desirable place to rent self storage around Ann Arbor!
Simply the best! – I have used them many times and will continue to do so. They have the best price, best access hours and best staff in town.
