I left my glasses in the U-Haul that I rented from this man and it took me 14 tries to get him in his office *during office hours* to get them back. I also rented two storage facilities from him. I emptied one in April and told him that I had vacated the one. Well, this man decided or perhaps wasn't thinking and deleted my entire account - so the next time that I came and wanted to vacate my other storage facility (before rent was due so I wouldn't have to pay again) my code didn't work. We rented 2 storage units to store our daughter's household goods for a couple years while she was out of the country & had excellent service. Management was very patient with us & helpful. Would definitely recommend.
