Renee needs complete CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING, she is the most rude, unfriendly and downright unprofessional human to deal with. National Storage should be ashamed of you for the representation you make of their business. Never again will we deal with this company, you’ve just lost a long term customer thanks to this person.
Clean and tidy facilities, the staff are very friendly
Very friendly and helpful, the manager Renee was clear and explained everything I needed to know and helped me find my unit when I got lost.
Initially the offering seemed good, half price storage for the first 3 months. We loved our goods from a competitor storage facility. Upon organising move out (2 days into a new month) we are told we must pay another complete month, no prorate, no refunds. Very rude Renee. Not helpful at all.
I found the staff very accommodating and helpful. My dealings have been mainly with Renee,she has been patient in explaining things to me. Easy access and clean facilities.
