National Storage is the worst storage place to deal with. The staff are so rude, arrogant & unprofessional, Wayne is the most rudest person out of all of them. If I could give them no stars I would. Boycott National Storage. Storage King are so much better, what a pleasure to deal with.
Staff are not very friendly and refused to assist with basic requests on several occasions. If you want great Customer service and polite individuals, try elsewhere.
Renee needs complete CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING, she is the most rude, unfriendly and downright unprofessional human to deal with. National Storage should be ashamed of you for the representation you make of their business. Never again will we deal with this company, you’ve just lost a long term customer thanks to this person.
Clean and tidy facilities, the staff are very friendly
Very friendly and helpful, the manager Renee was clear and explained everything I needed to know and helped me find my unit when I got lost.
