The pricing was very competitive and the crew worked hard and fast and was extremely nice to my family. Very responsive and cleaned up well after.
Abysmal, they fixed an area that didn’t have anything to do with where the leak was. They also charged $450. (No receipts) for a $250-300 worth job. The guys were very nice and friendly but the estimator didn’t seem to care and just did a quick “bandaid” that didn’t fix anything. When I called back his answer was he’d have to do the entire roof, I asked for a price twice and never heard back! I do not recommend this company.
This is my second roof I've had done by National Star and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company!!! They are a family business so we had brothers, cousins and uncles and no sketchy cash corner dudes, checking out your security for a later visit. I was home the entire day working in the yard so got to know the guys and they were all super nice, hard working young men. Their professionalism, quick response, and friendly service really stood out. It’s clear they’re a great family-run business that truly cares about their customers.
