I was with Dr. M during a particularly complex time in my medical treatment. I often reflect back on his care during that time and feel that despite such awful circumstances (which were out of his control- but I didn't fully understand that then), he was attentive and trustworthy. My new surgeon talked me into moving to his practice but I miss Dr. M's kind demeanor.
