First visit - very good impression. Dr Sajan and staff were patient and understandable.
Listens and provides great explanation, and uses visual aides to show areas of concerns, office clean , employees i met seems to have good customer service skills.
He was very informative explained everything to me what was going to happen, how long for procedure. Asked if I have any questions. I would definitely recommend going to see him.
