Exceptional expedient and professional patient care!
They are very friendly and seem to know why they are there,very proficient,very neat and organized. My agent was very honest and forthcoming with the severity of my condition and the treatment I need And she is the first pain management I've seen that wants to help me. Very satisfied with my visit... highly recommend.
The staff are friendly, professional, and very helpful in scehduling, rescheduling, checking, drug testing, billing, and nursing. The doctors and PAs, especially Jason and Dr. Sanjun, listen to their patients, consider comorbidities, and include patients in their care plan. I feel very supported as I navigate a life filled with chronic pain.
Great ladies at the reception desk very helpful and professional with a side of humor, all the staff very helpful and professional and the doctors and physician assistance especially Jerry are great. I would highly recommend the winter park office.
