The doctor is nice. However, if you have an issue and need help, the office cannot respond promptly, resulting in patients enduring unnecessary pain and suffering and having to escalate to higher levels of care. I called Wed last week, and left a patient portal message that day. I called back Friday morning and was connected to the office voicemail.
