Thr front desk woman is very rude. She said she was glad that my mom had passed away from breast cancer. She made fun of my disability. She is ugly on the inside taking it out on the patients. And bwete the NP never answered questions and lied about the procedures. Not a a doctor that should have patients with major pain issues. She seemed kind of racist to be honest. She would try to push shots on me. Those could paralyze the person if done wrong. She never listened. And her answer to everything was "huh huh". No real answe... read more
The staff are very helpful and have great attitudes. The doctor is very nice and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this doctor to anyone with pain issues. This place is way better than my previous doctor.
I'm so happy I got in with national spine and pain center. They help me with my pain. I just did a procedure on my back on October the 18th 2022 at 1:00 p.m. . And it turned out perfect I have no pain. Thank you. The staff was very nice and very helpful. My wait time to wait was only 3 minutes, from the time I signed in and did my paperwork. This place is awful both in service and scheduling. Not to mention the doctor wanted to prescribe me pain meds on the first appt without even knowing what was wrong. They jerked me around on rescheduling appointment times and even had to reschedule on the same day I showed up for my appointment…this was after they moved me from the previous day. It seems to me that they are a factory for injecting steroids and prescribing pain meds, no real care towards healing! Coming from a sports medicine professional.
Always feel safe and cared for in this office.
