Dr. Bakhit is great but the challenges of the front desk and the system used is just awful. I saw someone else post a similar opinion and the establishment reply said to call the office to discuss. That is another exercise in patience bc no one answers or they answer then immediately hang up. Such a shame that a great doctor is so limited by this type of thing.

I have been a patient with Dr bakhit for about 4 years and I haven't been able to see his since May because of my insurance and I just recently got it back and I called for about 3 weeks trying to get an appointment and never got an answer I left 3 or 4 messages for them to call me back and never got a call back there was a couple times someone would pick up and hang up so my husband called and they answered so I went today for my appointment just to be told that they don't take my insurance I am very upset with this office

Pain Management specialist. You only see the doctor for specific procedures. For normal and follow up visits you see a nurse practitioner. Staff is friendly but changes often. For 2026, they are implementing a mandatory online check-in procedure. If you fail to complete the online check-in they will reschedule your appointment and refuse to refill your medication. If you are elderly or have no access to a computer or a smart phone, they expect you to use a public computer or find some other way to get on line. This new proce... read more

Long story short, the doctor here saved my mother’s life. I had taken my mother for her regular scheduled appointment and I had noticed that she had been acting differently but I didn’t think that it was as bad as it actually was. After a brief examination, the doctor said that she needed to go to the hospital ASAP so I loaded her up and took her there. Don’t ask me what she was diagnosed with because I can’t pronounce it let alone spell it but the doctors at the hospital said that I got her there just in time.

Dr Bakhit, Ms. Ashley and Ms. Marie are exceptionally caring and very skilled in spine issues as well as pain management. My only complaint is the wait times in the waiting area can sometimes be lengthy, but it is definitely worth ANY time spent waiting since Dr Bakhit and staff are such caring and genuine professionals helping the multitude of issues patients have, so having to wait sometimes is certainly expected. I would rather have to wait a few extra minutes than feel rushed and unheard during my appointment, so for me,... read more
