A new patient trying to reach this office.Ive tried for 3 days now. Position one in que, no one answers the phone. Don’t waste your time trying to get through to anyone. Called left message, no return call. Tried to call again today, put on hold once again and after waiting 5 minutes thinking I was next in line, I hung up. My first appointment arrived 30 minutes as was told to do, took over one hour to see a doctor.

I’ve never not waited at least an hour after my appointment time to be seen. Also can not get anyone to answer a phone or call back to get a refill or schedule an appointment. Don’t come here. It’s awful everytime.

I was going to this office for 10 years and today was one of the worse office visits. I was called back to one of the rooms in the back as I sat and waiting to see doctor Justyna Mira she came in the room and hand me a paper stating that she had to discharge me because of my urine came back as non human that was taking on 5/13/25 and I’m being told a month later.At this office the techs get the results from the urine the same day so why wasn’t I told then.At the end of my visit on 5/13/25 my prescriptions was sent over to th... read more
