My ortho va dr referred me here for pain mgmt. They called me 3 days later,which I missed. I called back right away and every week day for 5 days and nobody ever picks the phone up. The vm makes u leave your phone # & say they'll call back, but never do. If they dont answer the phones for 5 days, then imagine their patient care?? Im going to another practice.
I have be going to this office for years. It has gone downhill in the last year & a half. Dr. Qian & Jennell aren't the problem. They work with me to help me get as pain free as possible. The front office staff is where the issue is. I called with a question about a procedure I was scheduled for (& had waited for) & I was told that it wasn't on the schedule so I had to wait even longer. I’m so beyond disappointed. I saw Janel Reynolds, for pain that I have been putting off for years. I was being treated by another doctor for the time being until I went there to find out more answers and long term help. Immediately seemed judgmental upon meeting. I have three small children and I have no choice but to mother IN PAIN.
