She's one outstanding, thorough, excellent clinician. I'm deeply thankful for pain management--at last! Years overdue having a rare genetic disease whereby the top chief complaint, regardless of the 13 different types of our disease is PAIN.
Every time I call to leave a message the from desk always has an attitude.
The front desk staff at this location are openly hostile, unprofessional, and retaliatory. Twice I arrived for scheduled appointments and was turned away—once after they sent me the wrong time and address, and again because they claimed there was “conflict” with me for calmly pointing out their mistakes. During my first visit, they had my sex listed incorrectly on intake forms. When I mentioned it, they laughed. That actually happened. I enjoy going to the pain center. Everyone there is so nice and listens to your pain issues and tries to help get rid of your pain.
The office and medical staff are excellent here
