This review is solely for the staff as Dr. Patel is a wonderful doctor. They do not call you back when they say they will call you back, they leave you on hold for 47 minutes, 58 minutes at a time then just simply hang up. This is so unprofessional and incosiderate as if one has the time to be on hold multiple times a day over multiple days. Truly ridiculous. The only that keeps us going back there is Dr. Patel himself.
Who ever answers the phone is rude. Put me on hold to go ask if I should be seen there and forgot I was on hold. I believe she didn’t even ask and forgot about me. I believe it was Sara
Service is the worst I've seen here in years. Do not call you will be placed on eternal hold. Three calls hold times in excess of 10 minutes each, no one ever returned..
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Patel for a while now (he is great) but lately, I’ve only been seeing his nurse practitioner. I’m not feeling confident about her knowledge and expertise. The office staff is also quite rude and seems to lack compassion. It’s as if they genuinely dislike their job.
I am so disappointed and frustrated. I have gone without my pain pills so many different days for things outside of my control like sometimes it's a prior authorization sometimes it's the pharmacy's out but what makes me the most mad is when the doctor makes a mistake and shorts me a day or two on medicine that helps me not hurt quite so bad. It's a weekend and I didn't know until I went to go pick it up so I can't call them and have them fix it so I'm just going to be without my medicine today. Last month had 31 days but th... read more
