I have been coming to this location to see Dr. Patel for my pain management and spine health since 2014. We first appt was because of a spine fracture and he has been improving my life ever since. Dr. Patel has amazing staff. I adore Suzette, she is always with me during my injections and she is an absolute pleasure. She is professionsal, communicative, reassuring and kind. Very good doctors here and wonderful staff. But as a patient and letting you know that you must give them time to get to know you and your medical history and some good advice is to always communicate with them. They are patient and well understanding doctors and staff and will work with you at their best ability as much as possible. I would highly recommend that if you have ongoing chronic pain to schedule you an appointment here. It is a very well establishment. Staff members are very pleasant. Someone always says something to make your day.
Fabiola and Dr. Patel are wonderful. They listen, answer questions and are very knowledgeable.
Dr.Patel and Favi are very kind and compassionate. The office personnel, Front and back, are terrible. They don't greet you, don't say goodbye and have no interpersonal skills. The person that collects samples seems bothered that you're breathing. Front desk check in, horrible. God forbid she ever crack a smile or say more than 2 words. If I didn't have to see the Dr., I would definitely change practices.
