Dr.Patel and Favi are very kind and compassionate. The office personnel, Front and back, are terrible. They don't greet you, don't say goodbye and have no interpersonal skills. The person that collects samples seems bothered that you're breathing. Front desk check in, horrible. God forbid she ever crack a smile or say more than 2 words. If I didn't have to see the Dr., I would definitely change practices.

Zero stars. Tried this place twice—big mistake both times. The front counter staff are rude, lazy, and completely unprofessional. It’s honestly shocking they were ever hired, let alone allowed to deal with customers. No manners, no effort, no clue. Disgusting attitude from people who clearly don’t care. Don’t waste your time here—go literally anywhere else.
Excellent doctor, nurses and office staff. Very knowledgeable and compassionate people.
A rude girl called Hailey answered the phone. She was so curt and unpleasant, speaking over me and not allowing me to ask a question that I did not even book an appointment. If the front desk personnel is cr-p, I will have to pass. Get better representation for your business.
