A rude girl called Hailey answered the phone. She was so curt and unpleasant, speaking over me and not allowing me to ask a question that I did not even book an appointment. If the front desk personnel is cr-p, I will have to pass. Get better representation for your business.

Wasn’t interested in answering my concerns about side effects of the medication I was taking. Said nothing else was available as an alternative. Which I found out later after doing my own research was incorrect. Never see a “Doctor” unless you’re getting an injection. Appointment lasted less than 5 minutes. No video appointments! Talked to them on the phone, they checked my insurance, gave me an appointment, called and changed my appointment, then when I showed up, they told me they don't accept my insurance and wouldn't see me. lol. They told me to calm down if I wanted them to help me find alternatives. But I already know how to use Google.
