Staff members are very pleasant. Someone always says something to make your day.
Fabiola and Dr. Patel are wonderful. They listen, answer questions and are very knowledgeable.
Dr.Patel and Favi are very kind and compassionate. The office personnel, Front and back, are terrible. They don't greet you, don't say goodbye and have no interpersonal skills. The person that collects samples seems bothered that you're breathing. Front desk check in, horrible. God forbid she ever crack a smile or say more than 2 words. If I didn't have to see the Dr., I would definitely change practices.
Bren here many times. I enjoy how friendly and polite the staff is.
Zero stars. Tried this place twice—big mistake both times. The front counter staff are rude, lazy, and completely unprofessional. It’s honestly shocking they were ever hired, let alone allowed to deal with customers. No manners, no effort, no clue. Disgusting attitude from people who clearly don’t care. Don’t waste your time here—go literally anywhere else.
