The front desk staff is amazing. The PA don’t have knowledge nor compassion for the issues I have. Dr. B was understanding and compassionate. She listened to me, my concerns, and kept me on my refusal regimen. The PA wants to treat you like they feel works. They don’t listen and blame it on the Doctor in the office. I’m not happy with the care I receive. And am looking for better care options.
Tha staff is very polite and truly care about your health and well being.
