I was treated well before my accident. Then treated horribly afterward by doctor and staff. No one listened to what I was saying. They made their own judgements unfairly and were rude, inconsiderate and hostile. I’ve never been treated this way. Ever. I left and will never go back.
Dr Protopapas is the only positive feature of this office. Very routine and interested in money first patients second. Front office people seem rushed and irritated. If you cannot make an appointment due to illness they charge you. Seems like their exoansiohas turned them into a factory.
Compassionate care with expert relief. Dr. P is absolutely the best at inserting needles deep into sensitive areas of your neck and back. She is patient with your procedure and makes sure that you won't feel the needle as it finds it way into the spinal column. I have seen her for 4 years and she has renewed my life and brought great relief to some very painful conditions.
I've been going to Capitol Spine & Pain Center for several years. Dr. Protopapas is outstanding! She is the kind of doctor who doesn't treat you merely as a patient, rather she displays sincere concern and caring for each and every patient she works with. She has taken care of some of my worse pain issues and has made a significant improvement to the quality of life I am able to live. This office is one of the worst offices to deal with. Dr. Ketan Patel will not help you. Oh and don't worry they will not contact you back. I was going to this place for years due to accident I was involved in 2008. Pain started to come back and so I visited the office for 15 minutes. I was given a prescription that I needed to fill and no one had the prescription. My Dr. was asked several times by my insurance and CVS to fill out the preauthorization and got no assistance.
