I am giving the Glen Allen location two stars instead of one just because pf the kindness and friendliness of the front desk and medical assistant that took my information in the exam room. After those initial encounters I was very dissatisfied with the rest of my visit. The PA I saw (a female) spent less than 10 minutes with me as a new patient. DR. GU and his staff are very professional, quality individual time spent with me. Dr. Gu is very smart and respectful and is interested in my pain levels and works with me to help me control the pain. I would recommend this office to anyone who needs good care.
