I've been a patient at National Spine & Pain for almost 4 years. The whole staff is kind, caring and professional. Christopher at the front desk is always kind and helpful. Dr. Nicholson is very caring and focused on your ailments, and complaints, and always recommends the best care option for you. I enjoy going there because I know they truly care for me.

I wanted to write and compliment the front desk manager, Christopher Dale. Mr. Dale is s true professional. He knows that patients coming to a pain management office are not always feeling their best, but he greets everyone with eye contact and a smile. If the patient wants to interact more, then he does, if not, then he checks them in quickly so they can sit down. He's very courteous to the older folks too. Natl Spine and Pain Center in Germantown I have been a patient here here since Rockville closed. The customer service is excellent, especially Christopher. Christopher runs the front but is very knowledgeable and will go over and beyond to make sure any issues are taken care of. He is the best very courteous and helpful which I feel is important. Care by the NP has been awesome also. I highly recommend this

Dr Sood was very pleasant and professional, that is the high-water mark. I made numerous trips to the office in an effort to work up to the ultimate injection to relieve my neck pain. Unfortunately, none of these treatments made any difference, and turned out to be a complete waste of my time. I understand there are no guarantees for such treatment, so I do not consider that a reflection of Dr Sood or the practice. I have been seeing Dr Sood for the past 2 years for multiple areas of pain. He is always attentive and approaches treatment from multiple angles. He takes his time with me each and every time I come into the office and has a wonderful bedside manner. If you are unfortunate enough to suffer from chronic pain, then I cannot recommend Dr Sood enough! I am an active person, and I could not continue to live my life the way that I do without the treatment that I receive from Dr Sood. 5/5
