My visit could have been summed up with a phone call, & they wouldn't answer any of my questions. Completely inept, terrible bedside manner. Scheduling nightmare, extortion... Was offered absolutely no options when asking a pain Dr. to help with my pain. Do not let them waste your time or money, get a referral someplace (anyplace) except these folk. Really felt bad about myself as a person after talking with the Dr there.

During my consultation, I did not feel like Dr. Luebbert cared about me any whatsoever. He seemed very cold and in a hurry. He was irritated that I had made the appointment without a referral which I did do because my insurance does not require me to have a referral. I gave him my symptoms and he immediately recommended a rhizotomy. He did order x-rays and scheduled me to come back to start the pretest for the rhizotomy because he said insurance would not pay for it without doing so. Upon my second visit, I thought the docto... read more

I missed 1 appointment due to medical reasons and they told me the doctor does not want to see me bc of it so they will not allow me to schedule any other appointments. I will not recommend anyone to go here.

My more recent referral was for botox treatment for TMJ disfunction and migraines. The provider actually asked me during the consult if I had tried ibuprofen! Are you kidding me? The VA authorized botox treatment, however, NSPC refused to provide it due to a company policy that they will not purchase botox upfront and subsequently file for reimbursement from VA. I understand wo... read more

If I could give a zero I would. I moved from New York to Virginia in May. My New York doctor was affiliated with this office. So I gave Charlottesville a try. I saw the NP a couple of times and then The next two months saw Dr. Holland for radio frequency. Both times trying to talk to him but he needed to get the radio frequency done. The second month I got told to come back 2 months later. Fast forward to today. I am an hour and a half away from Charlottesville. I walked in 17 minutes late. The receptionist said it's past th... read more
