Incompetent and rude. Basically a money scheme to offer you injections and other procedures that provide no relief. Good luck with these doctors.

If your goal is to be talked down to by an unremarkable, journeyman physician, Dr. Luebbert is your man. I was a patient of the National Spine and Pain Center at a different geographic location for 6 years. I received professional, compassionate and empathetic treatment there. When we moved to this area, I hoped to continue that positive association with their office on Pantops. Ha. There are many other great offices in the Charlottesville area offering the same services. I recommend you choose one of them. I did!

If I could give zero stars I would. Why bring an Army veteran in to do an evaluation and tell them you don’t have enough information to actually do anything. If that is the case then don’t accept the patient until you have the appropriate level of information instead of wasting over two hours of a patients time with the drive, the need to arrive 45 minutes in advance to the appointment, and the wait for the appointment. Then ask the patient to try to go back and find information from over 5 years ago so you can copy cat the ... read more

Wait was short, procedure was relatively painless and quick. Dr made sure I knew what was going on. Staff is excellent.
