If I could give a zero I would. I moved from New York to Virginia in May. My New York doctor was affiliated with this office. So I gave Charlottesville a try. I saw the NP a couple of times and then The next two months saw Dr. Holland for radio frequency. Both times trying to talk to him but he needed to get the radio frequency done. The second month I got told to come back 2 months later. Fast forward to today. I am an hour and a half away from Charlottesville. I walked in 17 minutes late. Moved here from md a few months back and I've had the same care plan for my pain for 10 years. 3rd visit here after charging me my 80 dollar copay they inform me they no longer want to provide me the care I need. Oh and like other reviews have noted they don't seem to read a chart or anything before coming in. Asking me about lower back pain when all of my pain has always been in my upper back/shoulders. Doctor doesn't seem to want to hear anything you have to say and makes assumptions based on his experience. Being like <30... read more

The greeting I received when I entered the check-in area was excellent. After filling out some paperwork, I sat waiting for only a few minutes, and they called me back to room 2 for a checkup. After only a few minutes of waiting the Doctor came in. He was very polite and professional. He told me the procedure in detail and answered all of my questions. I felt good when I left the building. I feel like the Doctor will help me with my pain. Very pleased with this office.

READ THE BAD REVEIWS! I did not! I am deeply disappointed with my experience at National Spine and Pain Centers. Long story shortened. My journey began in 2023 when my lumbar pain severely limited my ability to walk and engage in daily activities. Desperate for relief, I sought treatment at their Fredericksburg office and scheduled a trial Radiofrequency Ablation procedure, which required two trial rounds for insurance approval. Unfortunately, Dr. Soteropoulos, who performed my first trial, was incredibly rude and dismissive... read more
