Unprofessional careless people, no veteran should visit any of their offices
My husband was a patient due to a work injury in New York, so a workmans' comp case. The office told him they would get on the portal and kept jerking him around about it. The staff blamed the doctor and the doctor blamed the staff for not getting on the portal. As we were walking out the door for an appointment with them, they called and told my husband the appointment was canceled. Tatiana is always the greatest help and very understandable to help me with all my needs my dad passed away and I have to travel out of state and my doctors appointment wasn’t for 11 days to get a refill on my medication and to check up on my imaging that I need to get for my neck she always make sure everything is always taken care of like she treats you like family and I never had a problem with any of the doctors or the nurse practitioners they always are there for my needs
Been going here over a year now, people are very nice and caring. As of lately no one answers the phone and I can't get a call back to schedule an appointment. Can't leave a message now either because it automatically disconnects you.
