I previously rated this facility with five stars due to positive experiences, particularly with Dr. B., whom I continue to regard as kind, professional, and attentive. However, my overall opinion of the facility has since changed, largely due to persistent issues with scheduling and time management. I’m a patient here and for weeks haven’t even been able to get through for weeks on the phone even when I’m caller 1 in the queue! I’m going to have to drive there just to ask to schedule an appointment

Dr. Susan Bertrand was very kind and compassionate. She took the time to listen to my concerns and helped me to develop a treatment plan to manage and treat my pain. I found her to be sincere, professional, and knowledgeable. She seemed to truly care that I receive the treatment needed to lead a normal, productive life. I feel blessed that I found this facility. Thank you.

Ive been going here for a while. Dr. Bertrand is a one of the most caring doctors I've seen in a while. She has helped keep my pain managed and for that i thank her. The staff is nice and polite. Thank you National Pain and Spine
