No one answers the phone. Maybe one call of 6 you can get through. I left a message once and it wasn’t returned for a week and a half. They have canceled my appointments on me and rescheduled them weeks out. One nurse told me I should have gone to the clinic to get X-rays because it would be way faster and that she doesn’t diagnose anything because she doesn’t have xray eyes. The sarcasm is terrible. He is part of the opioid epidemic problem My sister used to go to him and he had her on such a short leash . She would not come back to Hawaii because she had dr delara and 300 pills of oxy in Maryland every month she would die
I had a Pain Management doctor before Dr. De Lara so when he decided it was time to retire, I had to find a new practice. I researched online and decided to call Dr. De Lara. I am so glad I did. From reception to the Nurses and of course this amazing Dr. , I am very happy with my new team. Every one is so nice and listens to me. Five Stars all the way.
