Horrific & frankly scary!! The most impersonal staff I’ve ever encountered particularly at a physicians office where you would expect care & compassion. If you’re looking for that do not go here. It’s only made worse by a doctor who is even less professional, less caring & less compassionate. I stayed with this practice far too long for fear of not being able to find anyone else but that was the worst mistake I could’ve ever made.
