This company has been less than adequate. They have said I am on automatic delivery but for the past 5 years have been neglecting to mail me my supplies when due. I had been struggling with a brain tumor for the last 5 years, and have had difficulty keeping track of every thing. My head is clear and we talked and they sent me the material once 3 months ago along with the schedule they would be keeping to resupply me but beginning March 2018, when due, I had not received my scheduled resupply. They have new people, not as knowledgeable as the ones they replaced. They claim it was all a misunderstanding, but they have been "less than honest" about their financial transactions with me.
