I dont recommend this place first time they kept sending me numerous messages about bill and said it was mine and said it was paid when receptionist said there wasnt nothing on the record and rude about it and didnt say sorry when I'm husband asked and then go again and they gave me a ear ache 2 days after I went and told me if i get pain contact them I blieve they hurt my ears on purpose and every time they clean your ears it hurts and they don't say sorry I don't blieve they are professional people running this office bunc... read more

My first visit was fine - wait was not long, and I felt ok about my treatment. I complied with the requirement for a swallow test, done in Las Cruces, and I was ready for my follow-up appointment, at 10 o’clock on February 26. On Sunday, February 23, I received a very intimidating e-mail from an 866 number saying: “ Judy, confirm your appt!” And giving phone number to text to if not gonna make yesterday’s appt, and a website, to confirm. From the moment you walk in the person at the front desk is very helpful. Alison Henderson PA is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything. She is very caring . If beyond her scope of practice she will refer you to doctors available.
