A good experience.
Worked with Mike from National. I appreciate how he got to the point, bid was done in less than 30 minutes. installers did a quality job and made my house look fantastic. As a retired shop teacher I have a critical eye for quality work and these guys did a quality job. Highly recommend Mike and National Siding.
They were very attentive, very quick, giving me the best price in the market and did everything according to my budget! I will call them again!
National siding did everything they said they would do and when and they did an Excellent Job on my Siding. They did everything I asked for on the project and very Quickly.
Very poor quality materials and installation. They did 2 houses and one has very different colored singles. The other is installed so poorly that the city red tagged the permit. Beware of National at all costs. I am currently involved in legal proceedings and am very disappointed. Luckily I have not paid them as of yet so i do have some leverage.
Business response:
We did the work. We came back to satisfy the customers needs and the customer was unhappy about everything. We met all the criteria to installing the roof. Contract states payment on completion only of project. We completed the roofs and he refuse to pay for work. The customer would not allow us to do any further repairs and refused to allow us back. We went about and beyond and the customer was not satisfied. At this point we are in litigation.
Mike and his crew did an outstanding job. Would highly recommend
Mike was very prompt with my estimate, very personable, and I knew he was giving me the best price that he could. His team was very respectful, trustworthy, professional, and you could tell that they were a good crew. The clean-up was great, you would not know that any work had been done.
