I was very happy with the security installation by Mr. D. Extremely professional and very easy to work with. I would not have a problem working with National Security and Alarm Installers again.
They lock you into a long-term contract with no clear exit options. I tried to cancel and was hit with massive penalties.
They kept pressuring me into buying the most expensive package, even though I clearly stated my budget and needs.
The alarm randomly goes off at night for no reason, scaring my family. They haven't been able to fix it even after multiple visits.
I reported a malfunction in my alarm system and it took them over a week to even schedule a technician. That’s not acceptable for a security company.
