Zane is always professional, kind and is focused on providing a positive customer experience. I appreciate how quickly he was able to get me a loaner part and the collaboration with his Quantum rep is invaluable.
Poor comminication, extended delays with no communication about status, confusion about parts needed for repair. Several repair visits with wrong parts.
Very friendly and they took the time to explain and demonstrate. Wonderful people
Zane brought out My brother's power chair today, and if I could give him a score of 10 that's absolutely what my brother and I would have given him! My brother had a debilitating stroke over 30 years ago. Zane is Incredibly knowledgeable, thorough and stayed right with my brother until he knew exactly how to operate the chair. He's a keeper for sure!!
