I cant say enough good things about NSM. Especially Elaine S. She has worked on my son's various orders for over a year now. There was this particular order that gave us a really hard time and let me tell you Elaine went ABOVE and BEYOND for my kiddo. I cannot express enough how greatful we are. Thank you Elaine !

James Is Thrilled 🤩 With His New Medical Equipment. Michael Smock Was Very Professional, And Took His Time With Making Sure James Wheelchair Was Well Put Together Before Testing Him In It. Robert came out today to install some parts on my son's wheelchair. He was prompt and professional. His work was top notch. I would definitely recommend requesting him as a service provider!
Michael was FANTASTIC!!! He got here early, measured everything, explained everything so well. I had no questions when he was finished. He let me try out the chair to make sure it fit through all the doorways. Sent me links order stuff I needed. It was such a pleasure working with him!!! GREAT JOB MICHAEL!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!
