Don't be fooled by the initial "nice to meet you conversation". They were the company I had to use due to my insurance for a power wheelchair. This place does not return phones calls and, if/when you go talk to someone they are very rude. After they recognize your name they don't even bother to answer. After close to a year of not getting my order I had to purchase a chair on my own out of pocket. Just received my electric wheelchair absolutely no problems. People were great informative all around satisfaction. Everything went smoothly. They took care of the insurance paperwork, everything, couldn’t be happier.

My electric wheel chair was ordered in Jan of 2025. It is going into may of 2026. Still no chair. Their worker had my file sitting in his van for THREE MONTHS with my personal protected health information and they did absolutely nothing. I was supposed to get weekly updates from manager and that hasn't happened and no one ever returns my calls.
