We have been trying to get my sisters wheelchair fixed for months now I finally called and was told two weeks for insurance and 2 weeks for parts then they call to schedule repair and this is for every work order it seems her chair is never really fixed before other issues occur and takes months to even get a repair. It’s crazy ! Now her controller arm is completely off and she has no way to get around. It’s sad she has to stay in her apartment for months waiting on all the repairs 🥲

They were so helpful, and Kiada was so wonderful and friendly. She helped me get my chair in time for our trip. Also the young man that helped us get the chair into the car was so nice and helpful

Ed and Todd were excellent at getting orders through and repairs completed. I have always worked with Ed and Todd on all my wheelchair needs and repair. Ever since they were let go this place has gone super lazy. They do not fulfill orders and they ignore their clients.

I’m not sure where to start. We used this office of National Seating and Mobility for over a decade, based on the recommendation of my son’s school physical therapist. As my son’s mobility worsened, they made the necessary changes to allow him to be as functional as possible—something not easy, given his situation. Over the years, I never once sensed any frustration, no matter how many adjustments had to be made. Ed, the wheelchair repair technician, could fix anything my son managed to do to his wheelchair.
