They were so helpful, and Kiada was so wonderful and friendly. She helped me get my chair in time for our trip. Also the young man that helped us get the chair into the car was so nice and helpful
Ed and Todd were excellent at getting orders through and repairs completed. I have always worked with Ed and Todd on all my wheelchair needs and repair. Ever since they were let go this place has gone super lazy. They do not fulfill orders and they ignore their clients.
I’m not sure where to start. We used this office of National Seating and Mobility for over a decade, based on the recommendation of my son’s school physical therapist. As my son’s mobility worsened, they made the necessary changes to allow him to be as functional as possible—something not easy, given his situation. Since Todd left, place is unresponsive to concerns. Been trying to get a cushion replaced under warranty for 2 months now, and all they have done was open a work order. got a phone call saying they needed insurance info, called back and lady on phone said they had that. Then I got a call saying they needed a secondary contact before they could move forward? WTH, it's a warranty claim for a free replacement. Contacted Supracore and they say has to go through dealer where purchased for warranty and they would contact NSM on my... read more
