I so frustrated right now its un believable at this point both my chairs are at this place and I don't have either. Had a schedule to come out they not the lady is blaming me saying I was called and never was no one has one me but last Friday but to tell me they chair was ready no issues ever came up then. I call get time and date its past that no one called to tell me they canceled anything and now I being blamed with. I've had good experiences with ordering a Sleep Safe bed, adjustments to wheelchair and getting a wheelchair through Shriners with NSM. We were also successful, when many aren't, in getting a Cubby Bed. I recommend asking directly for Phil or Rocco. Otherwise things stall or don't happen. I have mixed feelings.

We had a prescription for a stroller but they tried to order a wheelchair. They lost my child's file, put her name down wrong on the paperwork, and were an hour and a half late for our scheduled appointment. I don't trust this company to get anything right, so I'm taking my business elsewhere.

Does not open at time listed, I called at 7:45a.m. and the answering machine said they were open at 7a.m. Was also suppose to get my chair back yesterday at 4:30p.m. but they were a no show, no phone call or anything. When you get someone on the phone more often than not they seem to be in a rush or bad mood as if they don't want to talk to you.

TL;DR: Incompetent, terrible service. Do yourself a favor and use any other company to get a wheelchair. I started the process of ordering a chair through NSM in September 2023. After asking a couple of questions Phil Swanson said I should get a specific chair, that was not the right chair for me, he only asked about a few of the configuration options for the chair.
