Been with them my entire life (28y) wouldn't change a thing! Ryan is a great guy.
We ordered the chair with a swivel cup holder. They never sent the correct mount. After 1.5 years the battery went out. No warranty to replace battery. 2 months to go through insurance to cover the battery replacement. Now they want 500.00 copay for a 600.00 battery. Now I am spending 1 hour on phone waiting to pay the copay.
31 years with y'all my son and I... we had nothing but a great experience..The best no matter what!!!!!
They were very helpful, informative and got me exactly what I needed. Overall had a great experience with the company.
