I have been out of rehab since middle of February..while I was inside therapy someone from National Seating and Mobility came measure me for a custom wheelchair..today we are April 27th and still no chair..the lady that is in charge of sending script to Edna Inc has not sent it and I called multiple times and she doesn't call me back even I had my Inc call them and still no reply so I made a complaint with Edna and they have called and still no reply...they just told me she has 3 times n a row to call me back then they will ... read more
This rating is for my boss. I feel so sorry for her. She has Muscular Dystrophy. She has always dealt with NSM, well it's time for a new wheelchair, cause every 5 years her insurance pays for a new one. I'm so tired of her calling them, and with no one answering her call, she leaves message after message and no one returns her calls. She has had so many issues with the chair and no one will go over to her home to do repairs (Blake and Ryan) that i do the best that I can to repair it myself.
