Absolute worst. My husband called weeks ago because he badly needs a new battery for his powered wheelchair. The tech was supposed to come out today between 10 and 2. We waited all day and nobody showed up. My husband finally called and was told that the tech was here this morning, knocked on the door but nobody answered, then called and left a message. NOT TRUE. My five stars GOES to Joe! We have been working with NSM for decades for strollers for my special needs daughter of a rare chromosome deletion disorder throughout her life. We’ve always had to go through Rose. She was the only one that could do the whole “ stroller” thing. She has never been personable , empathetic, understanding and didn’t really like to explain too much and was always extremely difficult to get ahold of and when I did get ahold of her , it was like she always had something better to do. Picked up my new scooter today. My experience was excellent from start to finish. Everyone was very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend these folks for your mobility and seating needs.
Rose E. Is the best! She brought my hubby's new chair out to our house! She spent almost an hour going thru things, making last minute adjustments, and making sure he is happy with his new wheelchair. I cannot thank them enough for the excellent communication, great customer service, and just all around great company. We will be using them in the future, guaranteed!
