It’s been a long time since I was last in here the shop itself hasn’t changed much I checked the website and it says sell to the public but when I went in the sign says need to have an account… went up and checked thankfully I have a page to show my work but a bit contradictory to the website. Got that sorted and went for a wander and while I got some stuff was definitely disappointed with what was available compared to out of stock.

This place has gone down hill the last few years. Staff are lovely, however the business is far from that. Many times over the years they have no stock on hand. As a supplier I feel it’s important for them to have a large amount of stock on hand so it doesn’t hurt their customers businesses. I’ve come in multiple times for brow wax sticks and 3 times they haven’t had any in stock 4 weeks apart! It’s not good enough. I will now be supporting online the brow shop only! Poor wrapper, some products were smashed Check out the refund policy before buying anything from this store. Another wholesale beauty store has better prices and services. Bad customer service, manager attitude sucks.

Nice and friendly staff Really supportive with the refund process of a chair we bought as a gift but the birthday girl already had it, so we had to return it and they helped us without problem.
