We talked to Dirk and he took care of us. Got our new mainsail for our Catalina 36 and the fit was perfect. It took a little longer then they originally stated but we just put it on today and it was exactly what we ordered. We will keep ordering here. Oh I forgot to mention that they put the Dutchman system on also. Top notch.
Great service, they helped me my new headsail to fit my old furling system. I ordered a new main sail also and am very happy with the quality.
Order and prepaid for headsail and mainsail cover over 3 months ago and haven't received anything. Their website says orders take 3-5 weeks. Not 3-5 months. The sales rep has been telling for a month that the items will be shipped at the end of that week. Last time even sent a tracking number for a delivery that has yet to be shipped out. I starting to think the company is going out of business but still taking orders and people's money.
