I accidently typed in wrong zip code, ups delivered it to an address that doesnt exist, it was a $200 usb drive. all they have to do is copy and paste to a new $10 usb and mail it, and they wouldnt even offer to help. told me to buy another $200 usb.
Today (28 Dec 2023) I called this company in order to ask about information that I thought should be in their book, and each time I called (regardless of the number I called from), someone answered the phone, waited a second or so, and then hung up. I called from my cell and from my government desk phone and each time I was given the dial tone. Good thing it was not an emergency. So much for professionalism.
I was unable to download any part of the Industrial Ergonomics program. It indicated there were copies available and after I ordered ONE copy, NO copies were apparently available. One course copy was deducted from my credit card and I never received a copy or a refund. Difficult website to navigate or get help.
Materials are great, easy to review, select and order. Good product. Will certainly use your products again. Thanks for putting together a great product.
