The worst property management experience ever. Pawel Augustynski is completely unresponsive, and communication with National Rosen Realty is a joke. I've had ongoing issues that have been ignored for weeks with zero follow-up. They don’t care about the residents or property maintenance. Don’t waste your time or money – this company and its management team are a total disaster.
