My house suffered roof and shingle damage from the tornadoes this year. I reached out to National Roofing. Chris had someone out right away to tarp off the areas that were exposed, gave me a quote, dealt with insurance company and adjuster, and I had a new roof, siding, and gutters up in no time. This was once a great roofing company with amazing people/owner, pricing, and warranties! Unfortunately, the business was bought out by new ownership in March 2025, who has never been on a roof or have any knowledge of roofing when he started. They were price gouging people during the storms this year, lowered all warranties from 20 years to 2 years (maybe 5?), he will not acknowledge any of the warranties from the original owner, and he has not been forthcoming to his customers or general contractors. Not cool at all. The of your workers blocked my trash can so they didn't pick up and use my trash can to put his trash in it. Like who does that. You working next door make it so bad
Received a new roof from this company after hail damage hit our region. Rob was so easy to work with and the process was seamless. They were helpful in helping me understand the ins and outs of insurance and communicated every step of the way. Highly recommend.
