We had $46000 at stake on re-roofing our home and we were constantly running into conflict with the roofing contractor who just kept trying to downgrade the scope, materials and quality of the work and was also trying to get out of an insurance claim caused by his sloppy practices. National Roof Inspections are lifesavers! Well in my case they were. Recently engaged NRI as something didn't feel right in regards to the new roof replacement I had completed (not via insurance, just a job that needed doing). The roofing contractors work was abysmal and the poor workmanship just left you gob smacked.
