My partner and I recently had the pleasure of using NRI for a comprehensive roof inspection on a property we are buying. We had a very short timeframe in which we needed to have the inspection completed and the team at NRI ensured they completed the inspection quickly, effectively and had the report back to us in time. Our experience was brilliant, and all members at NRI were friendly and professional to work with. If you need an inspection on your roof, there is no other company out there that I could recommend more.
I couldn't recommend NRI enough. I had an urgent pre-purchase roof inspection required to meet the deadline of a building and pest condition on a contract. John was able to get an inspector organised for the next day, when all other companies were weeks. John also expedited the report inclusive of estimated repair costs, all in the same day of inspection. There was a follow up to ensure I understood and was happy with the report and he also provided the recommendation of tried and tested contractor's to execute the repairs.
The only unfortunate issue I find is that Google don't offer a ten star rating because if they did, then John and his team would absolutely deserve it. We sustained roof damages as a result of Cyclone Alfred's havoc inside and out of our home, but good old Suncorp Insurance didn't want to know about it sending us a fruity report to favour them of course.
