The best loft building in the city! Beautiful units, amenities, and views. A great community of kind and creative neighbors. Very walkable location, whether you're going for a morning run in Crescent Park or out on the town in Marigny/Bywater.

In my short time since moving into the rice mill lofts, I couldn't be more happy with my decision to make this place my home. Beautiful space, wonderful neighborhood, and top tier staff that made me feel welcomed and right at home long before moving in.
I’ve really enjoyed living here! Lots to do in the area. The pool is beautiful and i love how unique each apartment is. I’ve also made great friends in the building
