From the leasing office to maintenance response to just general aesthetics this is by far the best living experience I have had living in New Orleans. Greg is incredible being a team of one for maintenance and never lets any issue rest! Sarah is by the most approachable and friendliest property manager I’ve experienced. Only thing I can suggest is to update all appliances throughout. 10/10 would live here again.
I’ve lived at Rice Mill Lofts for the past two years and truly enjoyed my time here. The building is beautiful, the amenities are great, and the rooftop views and pool are some of the best you’ll find. The community always felt welcoming and friendly, which made it an awesome place to call home. What a beautiful property. Very accommodating, knowledgeable management and one of a kind, breathtaking views. Multiple floorplans to choose from and safe inviting environment. Truly a hidden gem in the city we love.
I’ve been a resident of the Rice Mill for 2 years and it’s a great place to live. Sarah and Greg are amazing and extremely helpful with anything you need. I highly recommend it.
