I’ve lived at Rice Mill Lofts for the past two years and truly enjoyed my time here. The building is beautiful, the amenities are great, and the rooftop views and pool are some of the best you’ll find. The community always felt welcoming and friendly, which made it an awesome place to call home. I especially want to shout out Sarah and Gregory — they do an outstanding job managing the day-to-day operations. Always helpful, always kind, and they constantly brought positive energy. What a beautiful property. Very accommodating, knowledgeable management and one of a kind, breathtaking views. Multiple floorplans to choose from and safe inviting environment. Truly a hidden gem in the city we love.
I’ve been a resident of the Rice Mill for 2 years and it’s a great place to live. Sarah and Greg are amazing and extremely helpful with anything you need. I highly recommend it.
