We had a highly unsatisfactory experience with David Gayner and National Realty Centers who consistently displayed incompetence, rudeness, and misogyny. I'm very disappointed in a broker here. Never received my EMD back. I was declined on both lending options. The seller of the property said he never received it as well. Called and complained, but as usual, I guess I go to small claims
